摘要
目的评价人性化管理理念在神经外科中对于患者满意度提升的效果。方法选择苏州市第九人民医院在2021年1—10月期间19名神经外科护理人员,按照管理模式分为两组,对照组(n=9)提供常规护理管理,观察组(n=10)提供人性化管理理念,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组护理人员应急反应能力评分(92.46±5.25)分、批判性思维能力评分(93.53±4.11)分、团队协作能力评分(92.42±3.78)分、人文关怀(93.55±4.51)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的护理管理满意度96.67%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间不良事件(查对制度不严、不严格执行医嘱、药品管理混乱)发生率(0.00%)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理理念可以提高科室管理的满意度,提高护理人员的整体管理效果。
Objective To evaluate the effect of humanized management concept in improving patient satisfaction in neurosurgery.Methods Nineteen neurosurgical nurses from Suzhou Ninth People's Hospital from January to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the mangement mode.The control group(n=9)was provided with routine nursing management,the observation group(n=10)was provided with the concept of humanized management.The management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of emergency response ability(92.46±5.25)points,critical thinking ability(93.53±4.11)points,teamwork ability(92.42±3.78)points and humanistic care(93.55±4.51)points of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing management satisfaction of the nursing staff in the observation group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate(0.00%)of adverse events during the nursing period in the observation group(lax checking system,not strictly implementing doctor's orders,and disordered drug management)was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of humanized management can improve the satisfaction of department management and improve the overall management effect of nursing staff.
