摘要
目的研究护理缺陷层级主题分享活动对医院安全护理管理中的应用价值。方法选择重庆市南川区宏仁医院2020年1月—2021年1月期间的20名医院护理人员,通过随机数表法分成对照组(n=10)和观察组(n=10)。对照组护理人员实施常规风险管理,观察组护理人员在对照组的基础上联合护理缺陷层级主题分享活动管理,比较两组护理人员的护理质量的影响效果。结果观察组护士的基础护理、病房管理、护理操作和病历书写分值高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的护理理论知识、护理操作技能评分高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的工作量与时间的分配、管理和人际关系、工作资源和环境、护理专业和工作、患者护理评分均低于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的班次安排、自我价值、福利待遇、家庭与工作关系、发展机会评分均高于对照组护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院安全护理管理中,应用护理缺陷层级主题分享活动管理,可以有效提升护理质量,丰富护理人员的理论知识以及实践操作,降低其工作压力,提升其工作满意度。
Objective To study the application value of nursing defect level theme sharing activities in hospital safety nursing management.Methods Twenty hospital nurses in Chongqing Hongren Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected for research.They were divided into control group(n=10)and observation group(n=10)by random number table method.The nursing staff in the control group implemented routine risk management,while the nursing staff in the observation group combined nursing defect level theme sharing activity management on the basis of the control group.The effect of nursing quality of nursing staff in the two groups was compared.Results The scores of basic nursing,ward management,nursing operation and medical record writing of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the nurses in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing theoretical knowledge and nursing operation skills scores of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The workload and time allocation,management and interpersonal relationships,work resources and environment,nursing profession and work,and patient nursing scores of the nurses in the observation group were all lower than those of the nurses in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of shift arrangement, self-worth, welfare treatment, family and work relationship, and development opportunities of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those of the nurses in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In hospital safety nursing management, the application of nursing defect level theme sharing activity management can effectively improve the quality of nursing, and enrich the theoretical knowledge and practical operation of nursing staff, reduce their work pressure and increase their job satisfaction.
