摘要
胰腺疾病起病隐匿且发展过程复杂,诊治难度大。影像组学为近十年来迅速发展的新兴学科,它能定量地提取和分析医学成像特征,并在这些特征与临床结果之间建立相关性。这一特点有助于对胰腺疾病病人采用更现代化、更完善的临床诊治方法,从而实现非侵入性、成本效益高和个性化治疗的目标。该文就影像组学在胰腺疾病(包括胰腺炎、胰腺癌、胰腺囊性肿瘤和胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤)中的诊断、生物学行为以及生存预后预测等方面的应用进展进行评述。
The onset of pancreatic diseases is often insidious with a complex development process so that it is rather difficult to diagnose and treat.As a rapidly emerging discipline over the last decade,radiomic can quantitatively extract and analyze medical imaging features and establish correlations between these features and clinical outcomes.This feature contributes to a more modern and sophisticated clinical approach to managing pancreatic diseases and formulating the goal of non-invasive,cost-effective and personalized treatments.This review summarized the application advances of radiomics for managing pancreatic cancer,pancreatic cystic tumors and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors and predicating the outcomes.
