摘要
基于2021年版《C-NCAP管理规则》对Q3儿童保护的影响因素进行了研究。首先采用单因素分析法,应用试验数据统计结果,同时结合计算机仿真分析确定了Q3儿童保护的主要影响因素,在正面碰撞试验中,儿童假人的运动学响应受车辆碰撞加速度、儿童约束系统自身安全性能及碰撞环境的影响。进一步采用正交试验及极差分析法进行各因素灵敏度分析,结果表明,对于Q3儿童保护,儿童座椅布置形式为主要影响因素,其次是车辆碰撞加速度以及第二排座椅坐垫刚度和倾角。
A study is carried out on the influencing factors of 2021 CNCAP on Q3 child protection. The main factors of Q3 child protection are identified by using the single factor analysis method, the statistical results of the experimental data, and combined with the computer simulation analysis. It is considered that in the frontal impact test, the kinematic response of the child dummy is affected by the vehicle collision acceleration, the safety performance of the child restraint system and the collision environment. Therefore, the orthogonal test and range analysis method are further used to analyze the sensitivity of various factors. The results show that the layout of children’s seats is the main influencing factor, followed by vehicle collision acceleration, and finally the stiffness and cushion angle of second row seats.
