摘要
在轨道车辆运营开通初期,空压机由于工作率较低导致出现润滑油乳化现象,对空压机的正常使用及维护带来不利影响,也对整车的制动系统功能带来安全隐患。针对空压机油乳化现象,文章分析了其形成原因,同时提出了比较可行的油乳化解决方案,为后续的空压机设计提供一定的参考。
At the initial stage of operation of the rail vehicle,the low working rate of the air compressor leads to the emulsification of lubricating oil,which has an adverse impact on the normal use and maintenance of the air compressor,and also brings potential safety hazards to the braking system function of the whole vehicle.In view of the lubricating oil emulsification phenomenon of air compressor,the paper analyzes its formation reasons,and puts forward a relatively feasible oil emulsification solution,which provides a certain reference for the subsequent design of air compressor.
