摘要
精益研发体系建设包括精益研发信息化平台构建和研发数据体系建设两部分,精益研发信息化平台为精益研发提供工具和流程,将研发流程、知识、数据等一些信息显性化、标准化和数字化,将研发工具、质量要求、知识经验和过程数据、信息等与研发任务融合起来,实现研发数据的联通与共享。通过流程管理、任务协同、指标目标牵引、知识重用、过程质量监控、数据分析、仿真优化、试验验证等实现研发管理“精细化”和产品设计“精品化”。研发数据体系包括研发数据库及研发数据创建、应用和维护管理规范与机制,为精益研发和信息化平台运行提供物质支撑。
The construction of lean development system includes the construction of lean development information platform and development data system.The lean development information platform provides tools and processes for lean development,and makes the information such as development process,knowledge and data explicit,standardized and digital,integrates the development tools,quality requirements,knowledge and experience,process data,information,etc.with development tasks to achieve development data connection and sharing.And realize the development management"refinement"and product design"excellence"by process management,task collaboration,indicator goal traction,knowledge reusing,process quality monitoring,data analysis,simulation optimization and test validation,etc.The development data system includes development databases and development data creation,application and maintenance management practices and mechanisms,which provide material support for the lean development and the information platform operation.
