摘要
文章对伊朗伊斯法罕地铁1号线车辆设计进行了系统性分析。根据当地线路需求,车辆采用非标准车型,分别介绍了该车辆的总体设计原则,碳钢车体结构、车辆电气系统、制动系统及转向架系统方案设计特点,形成碳钢车辆设计平台,实现了产品模块化、简统化。通过采用分体式贯通道无内饰结构设计,车钩大转角适配性设计以及行业内首次新型非铰接式转向架,实现了车辆R 50 m最小水平曲线通过能力,满足车辆实际运营要求。
The design of Iran Isfahan metro line 1 vehicle is analyzed systematically in this paper.According to the demand of local lines,the vehicle adopts non-standard models.The overall design principle,design characteristics such as carbon steel carbody structure,electrical system,braking system and bogie system of vehicle are introduced respectively,to form the carbon steel vehicle design platform to realize the product modularization and simplification.The capacity of the vehicle negotiating minimum horizontal curve radius of 50 m is realized by adopting the separated type gangway without interior structure design,large rotating angle adaptability design of coupler and the first new non-articulated bogie in the industry,which meets the actual operation requirements of the vehicle.
