摘要
中继阀机械结构形式不同决定了其压差特性不同,对于已定型结构的中继阀,其压差可能受供风压力和预控压力影响。文章介绍了轨道车辆用中继阀的2种典型结构与工作原理,对不同供风压力、预控压力下中继阀的压差进行了试验研究和原因分析,最后对2种典型结构中继阀的选型提出了建议。
The different mechanical structure of relay valve determines its different characteristics of pressure difference.For the relay valve with approved structure,its pressure difference may be affected by air supply pressure and pre-control pressure.This paper introduces two typical structures and working principles of the relay valve for rail vehicles,carries out the experimental study and cause analysis of the pressure difference of the relay valve under different air supply pressure and pre-control pressure.Finally,this paper puts forward the suggestions for selection of the relay valve with two typical structures.
