不同填料对冰浆式湿冷预冷库性能影响的研究 被引量:1

Effect of Different Packings on the Performance of Ice-slurry Wet Precooling Storage

摘要 为研究湿冷换热器填料对冰浆式湿冷预冷系统性能的影响,本文以杏鲍菇为研究对象,以预冷库内温湿度、降温时间、温度变异系数和失重率为指标,进行了不同类型填料(丝网波纹、金属孔板、陶瓷波纹、纸质湿帘、塑料S型)冰浆湿冷预冷系统性能的实验研究。结果表明:不同填料类型下,预冷库内循环空气终温均可达-1℃,且空气相对湿度可稳定在90%以上,满足杏鲍菇的预冷工艺要求。以陶瓷波纹、纸质湿帘作为填料时,温度变异系数显著小于其他填料(P<0.05),分别为0.26%、0.28%,预冷较均匀;以丝网波纹为填料时,降温时间显著短于其他填料(P<0.05),为70.2 min;以丝网波纹、金属孔板为填料时杏鲍菇的失重率显著小于其他填料(P<0.05),分别为2.65%、2.85%,干耗较少。 System performances with different packings(wire mesh corrugated,metal hole plate,ceramic corrugated,paper wet curtain,and plastic S-type)were examined to study the effect of packing on the performance of ice slurry wet precooling systems.Key indicators are the temperature and humidity in the precooling room,the precooling process duration,the temperature variation coefficient,and the weight loss rate.The results showed that the final temperature of the circulating air in the precooling room could reach-1℃with all types of packing,and the relative humidity of the air could be stabilized above 90%,meeting the precooling process requirements of pleurotus eryngii.When the ceramic corrugated and paper wet curtain packings were used in the precooling room,the temperature variation coefficients were 0.26%and 0.28%,respectively,which are significantly less than the other packings(P<0.05),indicating that the precooling of pleurotus eryngii was more uniform.When the wire mesh corrugated packing was used in the precooling room,the precooling process duration was significantly less than the other four packings(P<0.05),which was 70.2 min.When the wire mesh corrugated packing and metal hole plate were used in the precooling room,their weight losses were significantly lower than the other three packings(P<0.05),which were 2.65%and 2.85%,respectively,indicating that the weight loss of pleurotus eryngii was smaller than the others.
