压浆技术在刚性路面病害处治工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 我国刚性路面应用广泛,运营里程不断增加。然而随着刚性路面服役年限和交通量的增加,路基路面病害数量呈几何级数增长,在影响公路安全运营的同时,也对公路养护施工提出了更高的技术要求。压浆技术具有高效便捷、经济环保等优点,已逐渐成为路基路面病害的常规修复方式之一。为确保压浆技术在刚性路面病害处治工程中的应用效果,根据刚性路面病害特点阐明了压浆技术的作用机理,并在此基础上结合工程实例和相关规范要求详细介绍了压浆技术的工艺流程和质量控制标准,可为今后类似工程提供相关技术指导。 The rigid pavement is widely applied in China,and the operating mileage is increasing.However,with the increasing service length and traffic volume of the rigid pavement,the quantity of subgrade and pavement diseases increases geometrically,not only affecting the safe operation of the highway but also proposing higher technical requirements for highway maintenance and construction.With advantages of high efficiency,convenience,and economic and environmental protection,pressure grouting has gradually become one of the common repairing methods for subgrade and pavement diseases.To ensure the application effect of pressure grouting in disease-treating engineering of rigid pavement,based on the disease characteristics of rigid pavement,this paper expounds on the operational principle of pressure grouting and detailedly introduces the process and quality control standard of pressure grouting combined with actual engineering project and relevant specification requirements,which can provide technical guidance for similar engineering in the future.
