摘要
为了提高ATB-30柔性基层的抗裂性与技术经济性,将大粒径集料与回收料进行试配,构建半圆弯曲实验(SCB试验)与单轴贯入数值试验,以26.5 mm、19 mm、4.75 mm、2.36 mm、0.075 mm为关键筛孔设计了正交试验进行级配设计,在确定级配的基础上研究了再生剂的掺量,并验证了抗裂型ATB-30的性能。结果表明:粒径越大对高温性能的影响越大,粒径越小对抗裂性影响越大,0.075 mm通过率可高于规范要求充分利用回收料,据此提出了ATB-30抗裂级配;在19 mm以下的回收料中掺入粗颗粒与70号沥青,当再生剂掺量为6%时,抽提后的沥青与新沥青混合后可满足公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程中70号沥青的要求;相比ATB-30级配中值,ATB-30抗裂级配高温性能降低了9%,低温性能提升了43%,水稳定性提升了8%,疲劳性能提升了72%.
To improve the crack resistance and technical economy of the ATB-30 flexible base,mixing large-sized aggregates and recycled materials to carry out the semi-circular bending(SCB) test and the uniaxial penetration numerical test,the gradation of the orthogonal test was designed with 26.5 mm,19 mm,4.75 mm,2.36 mm and 0.075 mm as the key sieve pores.According to the gradation,the content of the recycling agent was studied,and the performance of the anti-cracking ATB-30 was verified.The results showed that the larger the particle size,the greater impact on the high-temperature performance,the smaller the particle size,the greater effect on the crack resistance,and with the passing rate of 0.075 mm,the recycled materials can be fully used at higher than the specification requirement.On this basis,the anti-cracking gradation of ATB-30 was proposed.Adding coarse aggregates and No.70 asphalt to the recycled materials below 19 mm,when the content of the recycling agent was 6%,the extracted asphalt mixed with new asphalt can meet the requirements of No.70 asphalt from the Standard Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixtures for Highway Engineering.Compared with the mid-value of the gradation of ATB-30,the high-temperature performance decreased by 9%,the low-temperature performance increased by 43%,the water stability increased by 8%,and the fatigue property increased by 72%.
