摘要
为探究苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)改性沥青的抗老化性能,将其分别与抗氧剂、蒙脱土和有机蒙脱土等抗老化剂复配并制备出3种SBS复合改性沥青。分别对复合改性沥青进行短期和长期老化,并通过三大指标测试、流变性能测试和荧光显微测试评价它们的抗老化性能。结果表明:抗老化剂的加入可以有效改善沥青的抗老化性能,其中有机蒙脱土OMMT/SBS复合改性沥青的三大指标抗老化指数分别高达90.7%、93.5%和79.5%,经过短期和长期老化后的复数模量老化指数相比于SBS改性沥青分别降低了36.4%和24.2%,而相位角老化指数则分别增高了4%和7.7%,抗老化指数最高、流变性能最好、SBS相分散最均匀性,表现出最优的抗老化性能。
To study the anti-aging properties of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)modified asphalt,three kinds of SBS composite modified asphalt compounded with anti-aging agents such as anti-oxidizer,montmorillonite(MMT),and organic montmorillonite(OMMT) were prepared.Short-term and long-term aging of the composite modified asphalt were carried out respectively,and the anti-aging properties were evaluated by three indexes test,rheological property test,and fluorescence microscopic test.The results indicate that adding the anti-aging agent can effectively improve the anti-aging properties of the asphalt,and the OMMT/SBS composite modified asphalt shows the optimal anti-aging properties with the highest anti-aging index,optimal rheological properties,and the most uniform SBS phase dispersion.Specifically,the three indexes of the OMMT/SBS composite modified asphalt can reach 90.7%,93.5%,and 79.5%,respectively,and after the short-term and long-term aging,compared with SBS modified asphalt,the complex modulus aging indexes are decreased by 36.4% and 24.2%,while the phase angle aging indexes are increased by 4%and 7.7%.
