摘要
分析了回转窑结圈形成的原因及常规处理结圈所用方法的优缺点,重点介绍了扬料台砌筑方案,即在回转窑预热带采用部分高于常规窑衬砖尺寸的扬料砖,在预热带砌筑4道凸起的扬料台,使物料石灰石在预热带能够得到充分的翻滚,不仅可以提高热交换率,更重要的是有效避免了滑料,从而大大减少了回转窑结圈的发生。
The reasons of rotary kiln ring formation and the advantages and disadvantages of conventional methods for ring formation are analyzed. The laying scheme of lifting platforms are emphatically introduced, the bricks used in lifting platforms with a size higher than conventional kiln lining bricks used in the preheating zone of rotary kiln, and four raised lifting blocks are built in the preheating zone, so that limestone can be fully rolled in the preheating zone, which can not only improve the heat exchange rate, but also effectively avoid the materials sliding, thus greatly reduce the frequency of ring formation in rotary kiln.
