蛋鸡育雏期水环境卫生评估及对生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 水线是目前蛋鸡养殖场普遍采用的饮水设备,水线消毒不到位的问题严重影响了蛋鸡的生产性能及健康水平。本研究通过设定6、12、24 h三个消毒频率使用臭氧对育雏期蛋鸡水线进行消毒,分析对水线水温、pH、菌落数变化情况以及对蛋雏鸡体重、胫长等生产性能的影响。结果表明:臭氧消毒频率6 h试验组水线水温显著高于12 h和24 h(P<0.05),不同臭氧消毒频率对水线pH的影响无显著差异(P>0.05),经臭氧消毒的水线大肠杆菌检出率近似为0,水质符合饮用水微生物标准,可有效避免水中致病菌危害雏鸡健康;7 d和21 d消毒频率6 h组体重和胫长均显著高于24 h组(P<0.05)。综上所述,使用臭氧消毒频率6 h对水线的消毒效果最好,且能在一定程度上提高蛋雏鸡的生长性能。 Waterline is a widely used drinking water equipment in layer farms at present.The problem of inadequate disinfection of water line has seriously affected the production performance and healty of layers.In this study,ozone was used to disinfect the water line of laying hens in the brooding period by setting three disinfection frequencies of 6,12 and 24 hours,and the effects of ozone on the water line temperature,pH,colony count,and the production performance of laying hens.The results showed that the water temperature of the waterline in the 6 h ozone disinfection frequency test group was significantly higher than that in 12 h and 24 h(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the effect of different ozone disinfection frequencies on the pH of the waterline(P>0.05).The detection rate of E.coli in the waterline disinfected by ozone was nearly zero,and the water quality met the microbiological standard of drinking water,which could effectively prevent the pathogenic bacteria in the water from harming the health of chickens.The body weight and tibia length in the 6 h group were significantly higher than those in the 24 h group(P<0.05).To sum up,ozone disinfection frequency of 6 h is the best for disinfection of waterline,and can improve the growth performance of laying hens to a certain extent.
