摘要
由于丙烯和丙烷的沸点非常接近,在实际工业生产中,采用传统精馏法分离,会造成能耗大、成本高。因此,开发新的丙烷和丙烯吸附分离材料,具有非常重要意义。本研究报道了一种可以用于丙烯/丙烷分离的缺陷金属有机框架材料。经过粉末XRD表征,其和母MOF具有相同的物相。同时,XPS表征证明其含有显著量的Cu^(+)吸附位点,是用于丙烯/丙烷分离的理想材料。
Due to the very close volatilities of propylene and propane,high capital and energy cost are imposed for the industries to separate them by traditional cryogenic distillation method.Therefore,development of new materials for propylene/propane separation is of great significance.The defective metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)material was reported for the propylene/propane separation.Powder XRD proved that they had the same physical phase with parent MOF.Besides,XPS test reveald the significant amount of Cu^(+)adsorption sites in these defective MOFs,indicating they were excellent material for propylene/propane separation.
