摘要 以温岭某地城中村改造的房屋拆迁建筑垃圾填料为研究对象,在分析其组分构成的基础上,对砖,混凝土块和石块进行点荷载强度试验,分析其强度差异性;进行重型击实和振动击实试验,从击实特性曲线和击实前后颗粒破碎等方面对比两种击实方式的差异性;进行CBR试验、浸水条件下的回弹模量试验,分析再生填料力学性能。研究结果表明:砖、混凝土块和石块的强度存在显著差异是引起颗粒“二次破碎”的关键;振动击实后的填料干密度远大于重型击实;填料CBR值和浸水后的回弹模量值满足路基设计技术水平。建筑垃圾再生填料力学性能和工程性能均满足相关规范要求,具有进一步推广应用的价值。 Taking the housing demolition construction waste filler in Wenling urban village reconstruction as the research object, based on the analysis of its composition, point load strength tests were conducted on bricks,concrete blocks and stones to analyze their strength differences. The heavy compaction and vibration compaction tests were carried out, and the differences between the two compaction methods were compared from the compaction characteristic curve and particle breakage before and after compaction. The mechanical properties of recycled filler were analyzed by CBR test and resilient modulus test under soaking conditions. The results of the research show that the strength difference of bricks, concrete blocks and stone blocks is the key to the secondary breakup of particles. The dry density of the filler after vibration compaction is much higher than that after heavy compaction;the CBR value of filler and the resilient modulus value after soaking meet the technical level of subgrade design. The mechanical properties and engineering properties of construction waste regeneration fillers meet the requirements of relevant specifications, and it is worth further promotion and application.
