摘要
目的 探讨中药灌肠与热奄包外敷联合应用于盆腔炎性疾病(Pelvic inflammatory disease, PID)的价值。方法 选择2020年4月至2021年9月本院收治的PID患者78例,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组接受常规干预措施,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药灌肠联合热奄包外敷干预,时间3个月经周期,比较两组护理效果。结果 观察组总有效率为94.87%,对照组总有效率79.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下腹坠痛、包块、盆腔肿块消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药灌肠联合热奄包外敷应用于PID患者中,可提高护理效果,缩短患者临床症状消失时间。
Objective To investigate the value of Chinese medicine enema combined with external application of hot dressing bag on pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) patients. Methods A total of 78 PID patients admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received routine interventions, the observation group was given Chinese medicine enema combined with external application of hot dressing bag on the basis of the control group to intervene for 3 menstrual cycles. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%, the total effective rate of the control group was 79.49%(P<0.05). Time to disappearance of fall pain, mass and pelvic mass was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with external application of hot dressing bag in PID patients can improve the nursing effect, which is beneficial to shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms in patients.
