摘要
CO_(2)-EOR过程中由于井筒温度变化产生的诱导应力易导致水泥环封隔失效。目前对温度变化诱导应力使水泥环封隔失效的机理和规律认识不清制约了CO_(2)-EOR效果。针对该问题建立了温度变化诱导应力用下水泥环封隔失效模型。利用该模型分析了CO_(2)井口注入参数对水泥环封隔失效的影响规律,发现:随着CO_(2)注入压力、注入排量、注入时间增加以及注入温度降低,水泥环越容易封隔失效形成微间隙,而且纵向上微间隙长度也逐渐增加。
The induced stress caused by wellbore temperature variation in the CO_(2)-EOR process is easy to lead to cement sheath seal failure.At present,the mechanism and law of cement sheath seal failure caused by temperature-induced stress are unclear,which restricts the integration effect of CO_(2)-EOR.To solve this problem,a cement sheath seal failure model under temperature change-induced stress was established.The model is used to analyze the influence of CO_(2) injection parameters on cement sheath seal failure.It is found that with the increase in CO_(2) injection pressure,injection rate,injection time,and injection temperature,the cement sheath is more prone to seal failure and form a micro gap,and the length of the micro gap increases gradually in the longitudinal direction.
