摘要
目的:探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢克洛治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效。方法:回顾性分析113例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿资料,根据治疗方式不同分为联合组(n=58)和对照组(n=55);对照组给予头孢克洛治疗,联合组给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢克洛治疗。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、治疗前后白细胞(WBC)数、中性粒细胞(NEU)数及中粒细胞百分比(NEU%)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)、降钙素原(PCT)水平和药物不良反应情况。结果:联合组总有效率为96.55%,对照组为85.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组临床各症状改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后7 d,两组血常规指标(WBC、NEU、NEU%)及血清炎症指标(hs-CRP、IL-18、SIL-2R、PCT)均降低(P<0.05),且联合组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间联合组不良反应发生率为5.17%,对照组为11.11%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合头孢克洛治疗儿童急性化脓性扁桃体炎可显著提高临床疗效,加快临床症状改善,改善炎症反应。
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with cefaclor in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis of children.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 113 cases of acute suppurative tonsillitis were divided into combined group(n=58)and control group(n=55)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with cefaclor,and the combined group was given Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with cefaclor.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom improvement time,white blood cell(WBC)count,neutrophil(NEU)count and percentage of neutrophils(NEU%),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-18(IL-18),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2 R),procalcitonin(PCT)and adverse drug reaction before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy of 96.55%in combined group was significantly higher than 85.45%in control group(P<0.05).The improvement times of clinical symptoms in combined group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the blood routine indicators of WBC,NEU and NEU%and serum inflammatory indicators of hs-CRP,IL-18,SIL-2 R and PCT were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the above indicators were lower in combined group than those in control group after treatment(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence rate of adverse reactions in combined group was 5.17%,and that of control group was 11.11%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Pudilan Xiaoyan oral liquid combined with cefaclor can significantly enhance the clinical efficacy,speed up the improvement of clinical symptoms and improve the inflammatory response in the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis.
