摘要
马克思行政管理思想是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分,其虽然散见于马克思不同时期的著作之中,但仔细梳理发现,马克思的行政管理思想其实是一个有机的整体。它由国家行政管理的根本任务、国家行政管理的根本宗旨、国家行政管理的内在要求、国家行政管理的重要手段、国家行政管理的根本保障等逻辑地组成了马克思的行政管理思想体系。这一层层递进的系统性思想体系在新时期进行了中国化实践,为发展中国特色社会主义、推进国家治理现代化提供了重要的实践指导。
Marx’s administrative management thought is an important part of Marxist theory.Although it is scattered in Marx’s works of different periods,it is found through careful analysis that Marx ’s administrative management thought is actually an organic whole.It logically constitutes Marx’s administrative management ideology by the fundamental tasks of state administration,the fundamental purpose of state administration,the inherent requirements of state administration,the important means of state administration,and the fundamental guarantee of state administration.This progressive systematic ideology has been practiced in China in the new era,providing important practical guidance for developing socialism with Chinese characteristics and advancing the modernization of national governance.
