摘要
探索生态主导区生态资源产业化驱动因子,对制定其生态资源产业化政策、路径具有重要启示意义。以安徽省池州市为例,基于当量因子法,测算了生态资源总价值;运用直接市场法、假想市场法、替代市场法,对显性生态服务价值进行了测算;借助地理探测器,就生态资源转化率驱动因子影响效应进行了考察。结果表明:2005—2020年,池州市生态服务价值由2005年的408.42亿元跃升至2020年的441.76亿元,多时段每公顷生态服务均值达514.91万元;已开发显性生态服务价值多年均值为203.95亿元,占生态服务总价值的47.16%;进一步地理探测发现,城镇化水平、引进外资为首位影响因子,人口次之,Q值分别为0.963 6、0.963 6、0.954 3,双因子间交互影响均呈增强态势。经济发展、开发强度、技术进步、规制政策影响不显著。基于研究结果,有针对性地提出了政策建议。
Exploring the driving factors of ecological resources industrialization in ecological dominant areas is of important enlightenment significance for formulating the policies and paths of ecological resources industrialization. Taking Chizhou City of Anhui Province as an example,the total value of ecological resources is calculated based on the equivalent factor method;Direct market method,hypothetical market method and alternative market method are used to calculate the value of explicit ecological services;With the help of geographical detectors,the effects of driving factors of ecological resource conversion rate were investigated. The results show that:from 2005 to 2020,the ecological service value of Chizhou City jumped from 40.842 billion yuan in 2005 to 44.176 billion yuan in 2020,and the average value of ecological services per hectare in multiple periods reached 5. 149 1 million yuan;The annual average value of developed dominant ecological services is 20.395 billion yuan,accounting for 47.16% of the total value of ecological services;Geographical survey shows that the level of urbanization and the introduction of foreign capital are the first influencing factors,followed by population,and their Q values are 0.963 6,0.963 6 and 0.954 3 respectively. The interaction between the two factors is enhanced.Economic development,development intensity,technological progress and regulatory policies have no significant impact.Based on the research results,policy suggestions are put forward.
