摘要
基于新发展理念,构建物流业高质量发展评价指标体系,评价2011—2019年我国30个省份物流业发展水平,进而分析我国物流业发展水平的地区差异、空间关联模式及时空演变规律,并运用Markov链方法进行“俱乐部趋同”研究。结果表明:①我国物流业发展水平呈稳步增长的发展态势,绿色和协调方面水平更高。②我国物流业发展水平整体上存在着显著的区域差异,东部沿海地区远超其他地区,东北、西北和西南地区明显偏低。③我国物流业发展水平存在显著的空间正相关性,实现高质量发展的省份主要集中在北部和东部沿海地区,而低质量发展区主要集中在西北地区,且存在较强的“俱乐部趋同”现象与空间溢出效应,发展水平较高的省份对周边省份物流业发展具有促进作用。④经济发展水平、人力资本、城镇化和产业结构对我国物流业高质量发展具有促进作用。
Based on the new development concept,this paper constructed an evaluation index system for high-quality development of the logistics industry,evaluated the development level of the logistics industry in 30 provinces of China from 2011 to 2019,and analyzed the regional differences,spatial correlation patterns,and spatial-temporal evolution patterns of the development level of China′s logistics industry,and conducted club convergence research using Markov chain method.The results showed that:①The development level of China′s logistics industry showed steady growth with higher levels of green and coordination.②There were significant regional differences in the development level of China′s logistics industry as a whole,with the Eastern coastal region far exceeding other regions and the Northeast,Northwest and Southwest regions significantly lower.③There was a significant positive spatial correlation in the development level of China′s logistics industry,with the high-quality development areas mainly concentrated in the northern and Eastern coastal regions,while the low-quality development areas were mainly in the Northwest China.There was a strong phenomenon of“club convergence”and spatial spillover effect,and the provinces with higher development levels had promoted the development of the logistics industry in the neighboring provinces.④The level of economic development,human capital,urbanization and industrial structure all had promoted the development of logistics industry in China with high quality.
