细胞焦亡中Caspase作用及与肿瘤发生的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 细胞死亡属于生命体的一种自我保护机制,是机体免疫应答的重要组成部分.细胞死亡在生命个体的发育过程中具有十分重要的作用,但其发生过程和调节机制十分复杂.目前,科学家研究发现细胞死亡形式主要有凋亡、坏死、自噬及焦亡四种.其中细胞焦亡是不同于其他三种细胞死亡的另一种细胞程序性死亡方式.文章对细胞焦亡特点、机制及其与肿瘤发生的关系作一综述. Cell death is a kind of self-protection of living organisms,and it is an important part of the immune response of the organism.Cell death plays a crucial role in the development of life individuals,but its occurrence and regulation mechanisms are very complicated.At present,scientists have discovered that there are four main forms of cell death:apoptosis,necrosis,autophagy and pyrolysis.Among them,pyrolysis is another way of programmed cell death that is different from the other three types.This article reviews the characteristics of pyrolysis,the mechanism of pyrolysis and its relationship with tumorigenesis.
