京雄高铁预制分离式墩柱、顶帽混凝土裂缝控制研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章对高速铁路预制分离式墩柱和顶帽混凝土不同季节施工期开裂风险进行了计算评估,结果表明,该结构由于里表温差引发的开裂风险系数超过了1.0,且施工时环境温度越高,风险越大。研究提出了不同工况条件下差异化的保温养护与降低混凝土入模温度控制措施,并成功应用于京雄高铁工程,关于混凝土温度历程的监测结果与评估结果吻合较好,应变曲线未见跳点,拆模后无裂缝,达到了控制要求。 The cracking risk of concrete with precast separate piers column and top caps in Jingxiong High-speed Railway during construction in different seasons was calculated and evaluated.The assessment results showed that the cracking risk factor caused by the temperature difference between the inside and the surface of the structure exceeds 1.0,and the higher the ambient temperature during construction,the greater the risk.The research puts forward the control measures of different thermal insulation and curing and reducing the entering mold temperature of concrete under different construction conditions,and they have been successfully applied to the JingXiong high-speed railway project.The monitoring results of the concrete temperature are in good agreement with the evaluation results.There is no skipping point in the strain curve,and no cracks after detaching the mold,which meets the control requirements.
