锚碇鞍部大体积混凝土温控技术研究

摘要 文章以某过江通道锚碇鞍部大体积混凝土温控项目为背景,采用MIDAS/FEA软件建立有限元分析模型,根据分析结果,制订温控方案,对锚锭鞍部大体积进行温控技术研究。从混凝土浇筑到养护阶段,全程进行自动化温控技术,通过大体积混凝土实测温度的变化,调整冷却水管的流量和保温保湿措施。实践证明,大体积混凝土自动化温度监测实现了信息化温控,结合各温控指标的变化,采取相应有效的温控措施,可有效减少温度裂缝的产生。 Taking the mass concrete temperature control project of the anchorage saddle of a river crossing channel as the background,the finite element analysis model is established by using MIDAS/FEA software.According to the analysis results,the temperature control scheme is formulated to study the temperature control technology for the mass of the anchorage saddle.From concrete pouring to curing stage,automatic temperature control technology is carried out in the whole process.Through the measured temperature change of mass concrete,the flow of cooling water pipe and thermal insulation and moisturizing measures are adjusted.Practice has proved that the automatic temperature monitoring of mass concrete realizes information temperature control.Combined with the changes of various temperature control indexes,taking corresponding effective temperature control measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of temperature cracks.
