Construction Disposal of Civil Air Defense Shaft in Shield Section of Subway in Soft Soil and Water Rich Stratum

摘要 某地铁区间盾构机掘进在遭遇人防竖井前26.3 m处,地表沉降达-83 mm,停机后,走访产权单位得知深井为砖混结构,井下可能有与深井连通的横通道构筑物。采取在盾构隧道轮廓线以外,密排地质钻孔取芯探测的方法,探明了深井及横通道实际位置,并确定是废弃构筑物。为清理深井,使用全回转钻机清障砖混结构的井壁。在清障孔及深井内盾构隧道结构底以下回灌C15混凝土,隧道结构底以上回灌M10水泥砂浆,井周及横通道地表分阶段压密注浆,保障深井及通道空腔填满填实,避免对运营产生任何安全影响。盾构复推分竖井前、竖井段、竖井后3个阶段控制掘进参数,安全穿越人防竖井。 The shield tunneling in a subway section encountered 26.3 m in front of the civil air defense shaft,and the surface settlement reached-83 mm.After shutdown,the visit to the property right unit learned that the deep shaft is a brick concrete structure,and there may be a cross passage structure connected with the deep shaft underground.Adopting the method of closely arranging geological drilling and coring outside the contour line of shield tunnel,the actual position of deep shaft and cross passage is proved,and it is determined that it is an abandoned structure.In order to clean the deep well,a full rotary drilling rig is used to clear the shaft wall of brick concrete structure.The C15 concrete shall be reinjected below the bottom of the shield tunnel structure in the obstacle clearance hole and deep shaft,the M10 cement mortar shall be reinjected above the bottom of the tunnel structure,and the compaction grouting around the well and the surface of the cross channel shall be carried out in stages to ensure the filling of the deep well and channel cavity and avoid any safety impact on the operation.The shield tunneling is divided into three stages:the front of the shaft,the shaft section and the back of the shaft to control the tunneling parameters and safely cross the civil air defense shaft.
