某网壳屋盖吊装滑移技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 苏州市某两层购物商场需改造,在原露天广场顶增加网壳屋盖。将网壳在地面分段焊接再吊装,在原框架梁上设置轨道,轨道滑车将各段网壳滑至安装位置,用千斤顶顶起网壳支座并让其与框架梁焊接。给出壳段支座与滑车连接方式,并对滑移轨道梁、壳段进行变形及受力分析,保证施工操作安全性,可供类似工程参考。 A two-storey shopping mall in Suzhou needs to be renovated by adding a latticed d shell roof at the top of the former open-air square.The latticed shells is welded and hoisted on the ground,and the track is placed on the original frame beam.The track block slides every shell segment to the installation position,and the jack is used to lift the latticed shell support and weld it with the frame beam.The connection method between the shell support and the trolley is given,and the deformation and force analysis of the slip rail beam and the shell segment are carried out to ensure the safety of the construction operation.which may be a reference for similar structures.
