摘要
右美托咪定在呼吸的保护作用和各种途径的生物利用度方面具有显著的优势,儿科患者使用右美托咪定的临床实践和研究试验在近年来变得越来越普遍。最近,右美托咪定在器官的保护作用以及保留神经认知功能方面,成为临床和实验室研究的前沿。本研究综合了近几年右美托咪定在药理学、终末器官效应、器官保护效应、替代给药途径、协同效应和临床应用的相关文献,综述右美托咪啶在小儿麻醉中的应用进展。
dexmedetomidine has significant advantages in respiratory protection and bioavailability of various pathways.Clinical practice and research trials of dexmedetomidine in pediatric patients have become more and more common in re⁃cent years.Recently,dexmedetomidine has become the forefront of clinical and laboratory research in the protection of organs and the preservation of neurocognitive function.This study summarizes the relevant literature of dexmedetomidine in pharmacology,end organ effect,organ protective effect,alternative route of administration,synergistic effect and clin⁃ical application in recent years,and summarizes the application progress of dexmedetomidine in pediatric anesthesia.
