摘要
目的:研究手术室护理术前访视及宣教对术前患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年2月至2020年4月福建省立医院行首次择期手术的患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例,对照组给予常规术前访视,观察组给予术前访视与宣教,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)比较2组患者抑郁、焦虑状态的改善情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的改善程度,采用简易认知状态评价量表(MMSE)比较2组患者对疾病的认知程度,同时比较2组患者对疾病的配合程度、护理满意度。结果:护理访视后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组患者的认知程度显著优于对照组,观察组临床配合率高于对照组,观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理中运用术前访视与宣教可有效缓解患者的负性情绪,提高患者睡眠质量,同时也可以显著提高患者的临床配合率以及对疾病、麻醉和手术的认知水平,获得患者的认可与满意,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To study the influence of preoperative visit and education on negative emotion and sleep quality of patients in operating room.Methods:A total of 78 patients who underwent the first elective surgery in Fujian Provincial Hospital from February 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and control group,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative visit,and the observation group was given preoperative visit and education.Self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to compare the improvement of depression and anxiety between 2 groups,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality of the patients between 2 groups,and MMSE scale was used to compare the cognition of the patients to the disease,and the degree of cooperation with the disease and nursing satisfaction of the patients were compared as well.Results:after the nursing visit,the SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The cognitive level of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.The clinical cooperation rate of the observation group was higher than the control group.The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than control group.The difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of preoperative visits and education in the nursing of the operating room can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,and also significantly improve the clinical cooperation rate of patients and the cognitive level of disease,which is recognized and satisfied by patients and worthy of clinical promotion.
