摘要
唾液酸是九碳糖神经氨酸为基本结构的一类衍生物的总称,广泛存在于脊椎动物和哺乳动物体内,具有多种生物学活性,能够促进大脑发育、提高智力和记忆力、改善肠道环境,具有抗病毒、抗老年痴呆等作用,并且作为肿瘤标记物用于肿瘤的临床诊断。唾液酸的检测方法有比色法、酶法、高效液相色谱法、液质联用法、光电化学传感器法等。通过综述唾液酸的性质、生物学活性及不同的检测方法,阐述检测方法的特点,为唾液酸后续的研究奠定了理论基础。
Sialic acid is a general term of a class of derivatives of nine carbon amino acid,which is widely distributed in vertebrates and suckling animal bodies.It has many biological activities,which can promote brain development,improve intelligence and memory,improve intestinal environment,and has antiviral and antisenile effects.It is also used as a tumor marker for clinical diagnosis of tumors.The detection methods of sialic acid include colorimetry,enzyme method,high performance liquid chromatography,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,photoelectrochemical sensor method and so on.This paper reviewed the properties,biological activities and different detection methods of sialic acid,and expounded the characteristics of detection methods,which laid a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research of sialic acid.
