摘要
对天然气管网工程建设项目环境监理模式在不同维度下进行环境污染监测分析、生态环境影响性分析,同时通过等级隶属度进行环境监理中不同维度下监测因子情况分析,进而实现环境监理模式优化调控,在实现杜绝生态破坏类事件的同时提高环境监理安全和工程质量安全,为相似建设项目工程环境监理研究提供科学依据。
This paper analyzes the environmental pollution monitoring and ecological environment impact of the environmental supervision mode of the natural gas pipeline network construction project in different dimensions,and analyzes the monitoring factors in different dimensions of the environmental supervision through the hierarchical membership,so as to realize the optimal regulation of the environmental supervision mode,and improve the environmental supervision safety and project quality safety while eliminating ecological damage events,and provide a scientific basis for the study of environmental supervision on similar construction projects.
