粉煤灰掺量对ECC力学性能及纤维破坏形态的影响 被引量:11

Effect of fly ash content on mechanical properties and fiber failure pattern of engineered cementitious composites

摘要 为研究粉煤灰掺量对工程水泥基复合材料(ECC)力学性能的影响,对4组不同粉煤灰掺量的ECC试件进行了抗压、抗折、四点弯曲的力学性能试验,分析试验结果,得出了粉煤灰掺量对ECC不同力学性能的影响规律,并根据纤维破坏形态解释了ECC抗折性能与弯曲性能的变化规律。试验结果表明:粉煤灰掺量从0增加至65%时,ECC材料抗压强度呈现下降趋势,抗折强度先增后减,在45%掺量时达到最大值,纤维破坏形态由“拔断”向“拔出”过渡,弯曲性能在粉煤灰掺量达到45%后表现优异,且纤维大多呈现“滑移硬化”破坏。研究结果可为优化ECC配合比提供指导。 In order to study the influence of fly ash content on mechanical properties of engineered cementitious composites(ECC),four groups of ECC specimens with different fly ash content were tested for compressive, flexural and four-point bending mechanical properties.The test results were analyzed and the influence rule of fly ash content on different mechanical properties of ECC was obtained.The flexural resistance and bending performance of ECC were explained from the fiber failure pattern.Test results show that the fly ash content increased from 0 to 65%, the compressive strength of ECC materials shows a downward trend, the flexural strength increases first and then decreases,reaching the maximum value when the fly ash content is 45%.The fiber failure pattern transitions from “pull off” to“pull out”.The bending performance is excellentwhen the fly ash content reaches 45%, andmost of the fibers show “sliding hardening” damage.The results can provide guidance for ECC mix optimization.
