摘要
C4烯烃被广泛应用于医药中间体和化工产品的生产,近年来,乙醇催化转化制备C4烯烃受到了广泛关注。乙醇转化率和C4烯烃收率受催化剂组合和温度的影响,本研究采用三次样条回归模型分别拟合乙醇转化率与温度之间的关系和C4烯烃的选择性与温度之间的关系,基于随机森林研究了C4烯烃收率关于催化剂组合和温度的回归分析问题,进而可以根据不同的催化剂组合和温度预测C4烯烃收率。
C4 olefins are widely used in the production of pharmaceutical intermediates and chemical products. Recently, ethanol-catalyzed to C4 olefins has been widely concerned. Ethanol conversion and C4 olefin yield are affected by catalyst combination and temperature. In this paper, cubic spline regression model was used to fit the relationship between ethanol conversion and temperature, and the relationship between C4 olefin yield and temperature, and the problem of regression analysis of C4 olefin yield with respect to catalyst combination and temperature is studied based on random forest. Then the C4 olefin yield can be predicted according to different catalyst combinations and temperatures.
