混凝土防渗墙施工技术在水库防渗加固工程中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 老旧水利工程的防渗加固处理,对延长水利工程的使用寿命和保障水库周边群众生命财产安全有积极意义。以某水库的防渗加固工程为例,重点介绍了混凝土防渗墙施工技术在该工程中的应用。其中,导墙施工、泥浆制备、槽段开挖、混凝土浇筑与养护等,是现场施工中需要重点关注的技术要点。在加强现场质量控制的基础上,采取钻芯取样法和注水试验验证防渗加固效果。结果表明,混凝土防渗墙的抗压强度、弹性模量均达到施工要求,注水试验的最大渗透系数为7.410cm/s,防渗效果良好,保障了水库工程的安全运行。 The anti-seepage reinforcement treatment of old water conservancy projects has positive significance for extending the service life of water conservancy projects and ensuring the safety of life and property of the people around the reservoir. Taking the seepage-proof reinforcement project of a reservoir as an example, focuses on the application of the concrete seepage-proof wall construction technology in the project. Among them, guide wall construction, mud preparation, trench section excavation, concrete pouring and maintenance, etc., are the technical points that need to be paid attention to in on-site construction. On the basis of strengthening on-site quality control, the drilling core sampling method and water injection test were adopted to verify the anti-seepage reinforcement effect. The results show that the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the concrete anti-seepage wall meet the construction requirements, the maximum permeability coefficient of the water injection test is 7.410cm/s, the anti-seepage effect is good, and the safe operation of the reservoir project is guaranteed.
