摘要
针对赤泥堆积且利用率低的问题,采用赤泥、河道底泥、煤矸石为原料制备烧结砖,以提高赤泥的综合利用率。研究了最佳烧结温度1 050℃下不同原材料配比及不同保温时间的赤泥-河道底泥(RM-RS)、赤泥-煤矸石(RM-CG)烧结砖的抗压强度。结果表明:在烧结温度1 050℃、保温时间2 h条件下,当m(赤泥掺量):m(河道底泥)=7∶3时制得的烧结砖抗压强度最高,其抗压等级达到MU30,为33.06 MPa,其吸水率为12.65%,浸出液COD为52 mg/L,均符合《烧结普通砖》(GB/T 5101-2017)的规范要求。
Due to the problem of accumulation and low utilization rate of red mud, compressive strength of sintered brick prepared from red mud, river sediment and coal gangue is investigated to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of red mud. The sintered bricks are two kinds namely red mud with river sediment(RM-RS) and red mud with coal gangue(RM-CG), with the process of the sintering temperature of 1 050 ℃ under different raw material ratio and different holding time. The results showed that under the conditions of sintering temperature 1 050 ℃ and holding time2 h, when m(red mud content): m(river sediment) = 7:3, the compressive strength of sintered brick is reached at the highest value 33.06 MPa, which compressive grade reaches MU30. Meanwhile, the COD value of leaching solution is52 mg/L, which can meet the specification requirements of ordinary clay brick(GB/T 5101—2017).
