基于COPERT模型的城市道路交通能耗排放分析 被引量:2

摘要 交通能耗排放的量化及分布特征分析是制定交通节能减排政策的依据。研究选用COPERT 5模型计算城市道路交通能耗排放量及分担率特征。研究分析表明:2020年广州市城市道路的小型客车数量占比高达82%,轻型货车占比为10%。道路交通的运行划分为畅通、缓行及拥堵3种等级,畅通运行状态下燃料消耗及排放因子低于缓行和拥堵状态。非工作日与工作日能耗排放特征差异主要受小型客车出行量影响。小型客车对道路交通能耗(FC)、二氧化碳(CO_(2))及一氧化碳(CO)、细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))、可吸入颗粒物(PM_(10))、挥发性有机物(VOC)排放贡献最大,大型客车、中轻型货车对道路交通氮氧化物(NO_(X))排放贡献最大。因此,未来要加强对小型客车的引导和管控,增强城市公共交通吸引力,降低小型客车出行量;同时也要全面淘汰国3及以下排放标准的柴油货车,持续推进运输结构调整,加快新能源汽车的推广应用。 The quantification and distribution analysis of transportation energy consumption emissions are the basis for formulating transportation energy conservation and emission reduction policies.In this paper,COPERT 5 model was used to calculate the energy consumption emissions and sharing rate characteristics of urban road transportation.Research and analysis show that in 2020,the number of small passenger cars in Guangzhou urban road accounted for 82%,light trucks account for 10%.The operation of road traffic can be divided into three grades:unimpeded,slow-moving and congested.The fuel consumption and emission factors in unimpeded state are lower than those in slow-moving and congested state.The difference of energy consumption emission characteristics between non-working days and working days is mainly affected by the significant increase of small passenger cars.Small passenger cars contribute the most to urban road transportation energy consumption(FC),carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),carbon monoxide(CO),fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),inhalable particulate matter(PM_(10))and volatile organic matter(VOC)emissions,while large buses and medium trucks contribute the most to road traffic nitrogen oxides(NO_(X))emissions.Therefore,in the future,we should strengthen the guidance and control of small passenger cars,enhance the attractiveness of urban public transport,and reduce the number of small passenger cars trips.At the same time,it is necessary to completely eliminate diesel trucks of grade III and below,continue to promote the adjustment of transportation structure,and speed up the promotion and application of new energy vehicles.
