摘要
为解决矿山采用压滤尾砂作为充填骨料时,传统立式搅拌桶存在物料分散性差,稳定可靠输送难,硬化后充填体存在强度弱面等问题,设计研发了刚柔叶片组合搅拌机,并通过FLUENT数值模拟软件和工业试验进行了研究分析。研究结果表明,与刚性叶片相比,刚柔组合叶片具有更好的混合性能,混合均匀程度及混合速度均有一定的优势。刚柔叶片组合搅拌机在山东某铁矿的工业试验应用结果表明,充填料浆输送质量浓度提高了约10个百分点、充填运营成本节省10.14元/m^(3),解决了因充填料浆制备均质性差造成的堵管事故频发问题。
When the pressure filtration tailings are used as the filling aggregate in the mine, the traditional vertical mixing bucket has some problems, such as poor dispersion of materials, difficulty in stable and reliable transportation, and weak strength surface of the hardened filling body. In order to solve these problems, a mixer with rigid-flexible blade combination was designed and developed, and the research and analysis were carried out by FLUENT numerical simulation software and industrial tests. The results show that compared with the rigid blade, the rigid-flexible blade combination has a better mixing performance, and both mixing uniformity and mixing speed have certain advantages. The industrial test results of the rigid-flexible blade combination in an iron mine of Shandong Province show that the transportation quality concentration of the filling slurry can be increased by about 10 percentage points, the filling operation cost is saved by 10.14 RMB/m^(3), and the problem of frequent pipe blockage accidents caused by poor homogeneity of the filling slurry preparation has been solved.
