摘要
针对弹药运输的特点和技术要求,提出了一种大载荷双层隔振系统,并建立其动力学模型,利用拉氏变换求解出传递函数,通过Matlab分析各参数对传递函数的影响特性,建立了有限元仿真模型,并与理论模型进行了比较,验证了模型的准确性。在此基础上,设置相应的寻优规则,并利用NSGA-II优化算法对系统参数进行寻优,得到了双层隔振器的最优参数。最后利用实际采集数据对其隔振效果进行验证,结果表明,进行参数寻优后的大载荷双层隔振系统相比单层线性隔振系统隔振效果大幅提升。
According to the characteristics and technical requirements of ammunition transportation,proposes a double-layer vibration isolation system with large load,establishes its dynamic model,solves the transfer function by using Laplace transform,analyzes the influence characteristics of various parameters on the transfer function through MATLAB,establishes the finite element simulation model and compares with the theoretical model,and verifies the accuracy of the model.On this basis,the corresponding optimization rules are set,and the NSGA-II optimization algorithm is used to optimize the system parameters,and the optimal parameters of the double-layer vibration isolator are obtained.Finally,the actual data are used to verify the vibration isolation effect.The results show that the vibration isolation effect of the double-layer vibration isolation system with large load is greatly improved compared with the single-layer linear vibration isolation system.
