摘要
油气站场工业视频监控系统为监视和管理生产井、站等各个重要生产环节,实现全天候实时监控,为现场无人值守的高度现代化管理提供有效的手段。结合建设管理施工经验,形成一套适合油气站场工业视频监控系统安装的工艺流程及要点,从施工准备、基础预埋、前端设备安装、机房设备安装、单机调试、系统调试,机具设备配置,质量、安全、环保控制措施方面,条理清楚、工序安排采取循序渐进的方式,一环紧扣一环,有效避免了重复施工和交叉干扰,节省人力和工时,操作重要点突出,易于掌握和施工,既检验设备本身的主要性能指标,还检验经施工安装联成系统后的系统性能,使设备或系统存在的故障或隐患在系统投入使用前得以排除,从而确保可靠地投入使用。
The industrial video monitoring system of oil and gas station is to monitor and manage all important production links such as production wells and stations,realize all-weather real-time monitoring,and provide an effective means for unattended and highly modern management on site.Combined with the construction management and construction experience,a set of process flow and key points suitable for the installation of industrial video monitoring system in oil and gas station shall be formed.From the aspects of construction preparation,foundation embedding,front-end equipment installation,machine room equipment installation,single machine commissioning,system commissioning,equipment configuration,quality,safety and environmental protection control measures,the process arrangement shall be clear and step by step,One link is closely linked to another,which effectively avoids repeated construction and cross interference,saves manpower and man hours,highlights important points of operation,and is easy to master and construct.It not only checks the main performance indicators of the equipment itself,but also checks the system performance after construction and installation,so that the faults or hidden dangers existing in the equipment or system can be eliminated before the system is put into use,So as to ensure reliable operation.
