摘要
电缆是水下生产系统的重要组成部分,电缆的完整性是保证海洋油气生产过程中实时水下生产数据监测和水下生产系统稳定运行的重要前提。本文以南海某气田投产运维过程电气设备检测需求为起点,对常见电气故障及相关危害进行了概述,并介绍了水下电缆测试技术理论的发展状况。以南海某气田测试情况为起点,介绍了C-Kore最新一代电气完整性检测设备,并详细介绍了该设备的的检测能力和应用方法,为水下电缆的完整性检测提供了技术方案,并成功运用于南海某气田。
The cable is an important part of the underwater production system.The integrity of the cable is an important prerequisite to ensure the real-time underwater production data monitoring and the stable operation of the underwater production system in the offshore oil and gas production process.This article takes the electrical equipment testing requirements during the operation and maintenance of a gas field in the South China Sea as a starting point,gives an overview of common electrical faults and related hazards,and introduces the development status of underwater cable testing technology theories.Base on the test situation of a gas field in the South China Sea,the latest generation of C-Kore electrical integrity testing equipment was introduced,and the testing capabilities and application methods of the equipment were introduced in detail,providing a technical solution for the integrity testing of underwater cables.Successfully applied to a gas field in the South China Sea.
