摘要
腰椎间盘突出症的病因病机主要在于筋骨失衡,表现为“筋滞”(包括筋痹、筋伤、筋急、筋挛、筋纵、筋痿、经筋病等)和“骨错”(包括骨缝开错、骨缝裂开、骨缝间微有错落、骨缝参差等)。平乐正骨“筋滞骨错”理论由赵明宇主任医师在平乐正骨筋病学基础上提出,在治疗过程中,贯彻以筋为先、以衡为用的治疗原则,视具体情况采取阶梯性治疗,注重机体结构与功能的统筹兼顾,通过以筋滞骨错手法为主的中医综合治疗理筋滞、纠骨错,恢复脊柱的动静力学平衡、筋骨互用平衡,最终达到筋骨兼顾,标本兼治的目的。
The etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation(LDH) mainly lie in the imbalance of muscles and bones,which is manifested as "tendon stagnation"(including tendon arthralgia,tendon injury,tendon urgency,tendon contracture,tendon longitudinal,tendon flaccidity,meridian tendon disease,etc.) and "bone dislocation"(including bone seam opening fault,bone seam dehiscence,slight dislocation between bone seams,uneven bone seams,etc.).The theory of "tendon stagnation and bone dislocation" of Pingle bone setting is put forward by chief physician Zhao Ming-yu on the basis of Pingle bone setting diseases.In the process of treatment,the treatment principle of "tendon first and balance for use" is implemented.According to the specific situation,step-by-step treatment is adopted,focusing on the overall consideration of the body structure and function.Through the comprehensive treatment of TCM,tendon stagnation and bone dislocation can be regulated and corrected,so as to restore the dynamic and static mechanical balance of the spine and the balance of tendon bone interaction.Finally,the goal of giving attention to both muscles and bones,treating manifestation and root cause concurrently can be achieved.
