摘要
骨盆骨折会引发后尿道损伤,男性发生率高于女性,若处理不当,会引发严重并发症,影响患者的身心健康。但骨盆骨折致尿道损伤的发生机制和急诊处理在临床中尚未得出统一结论,本文主要总结骨盆骨折后尿道损伤的类型、危险因素、诊断与急诊处理措施,以期为临床正确评估疾病及采取有效的急诊处理提供重要指导。
Pelvic fracture can cause posterior urethral injury,and the incidence in men is higher than in women,if not handled properly,it will cause serious complications and affect the physical and mental health of patients.However,the mechanism and emergency treatment of urethral injury caused by pelvic fracture have not yet reached a unified clinical conclusion.This article mainly summarizes the types,risk factors,diagnosis and emergency treatment measures of urethral injury after pelvic fracture,in order to provide important guidance for clinically correct assessment of the disease and effective emergency treatment.
