摘要
许多地区蕴藏着极其丰富的钒钛磁铁矿质资源,钒和钛以钒钛磁铁矿的形式存在于多金属共生矿床中,而经过挑选的铁精矿进入高炉,使得钛在炼铁过程中全部进入渣相,使高炉渣堆积如山,造成环境污染、资源浪费。因此,研究高炉渣中有价组分的提取与利用十分重要,基于此,本文通过分析含钛高炉渣中钛组分的分离提取技术,希望能为含钛高炉渣中钛组分的分离提取提供参考,实现保护环境、节约资源的目的。
Many regions contain extremely rich vanadium titanium magnetite mineral resources.Vanadium and titanium exist in polymetallic paragenetic deposits in the form of vanadium titanium magnetite,and the selected iron concentrate enters the blast furnace,making titanium enter the slag phase in the iron making process,making the blast furnace slag pile up like a mountain,causing environmental pollution and resource waste.Therefore,it is very important to study the extraction and utilization of valuable components in blast furnace slag.Based on this,this paper analyzes the separation and extraction technology of titanium components in titanium bearing blast furnace slag,hoping to provide reference for the separation and extraction of titanium components in titanium bearing blast furnace slag,and realize the purpose of protecting the environment and saving resources.
