随着信息化技术的不断进步,传统的声像档案管理模式已经难以满足时代的需要。工程声像档案信息化建设是炼化企业档案资源管理和开发的重要组成部分,也是社会发展的必然趋势。加快档案信息化建设的步伐,促进工程声像档案充分发挥自身作用,可以更好地为工程设计和项目建设提供可靠的服务。
With the continuous progress of information technology,the traditional management mode of audio-visual archives is difficult to meet the needs of the times.The information construction of engineering audio-visual archives is an important part of the management and development of archive resources in refining and petrochemical enterprises and also the inevitable trend of social development.Accelerating the pace of archive information construction and promoting the engineering audio-visual archives to give full play to their own role can provide reliable services for engineering design and project construction.
