摘要
对国内外汽车制动系统进行深入调研,发现目前汽车的制动系统普遍采用的是“前盘后鼓”式。在制动系统中,盘式制动器因具有生产周期短、安全性能高、应用范围广等优点而被广泛应用。文章介绍了汽车制动系统的主要发展过程,气压盘式制动器的工作原理、结构、优点以及重型卡车气压盘式制动器的选择,并介绍了其主要设计参数和零件,可为气压盘式制动器的实际设计与应用提供理论依据,同时展望其未来的市场发展。
Based on the in-depth investigation of automobile braking systems at home and abroad,it is found that the current automobile braking system generally adopts the“front disc and rear drum”type.In the braking system,the disc brake is widely used because of its advantages,such as short production cycle,high safety performance and wide application range.The development of braking system,the working principle,structure and advantages of pneumatic disc brake,and the selection of pneumatic disc brake for heavy truck were summarized.The main design parameters and parts are introduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the actual design and application of pneumatic disc brake.Simultaneously,its future development in the market is also prospected.
