摘要
为了解云南省马属动物新孢子虫病流行情况,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测了云南省8个地区的969份马属动物血清样品。结果显示,云南地区马属动物新孢子虫病抗体总阳性率为5.06%(49/969);其中马新孢子虫病抗体阳性率为1.08%(3/279),驴新孢子虫病抗体阳性率为7.25%(29/400),骡新孢子虫病抗体阳性率为5.86%(17/290);不同马属动物新孢子虫病抗体阳性率差异极显著(P<0.01);不同地区的马属动物新孢子虫病抗体阳性率差异显著(P<0.05);不同养殖模式的马属动物新孢子虫病抗体阳性率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,云南部分地区马属动物中普遍存在新孢子虫感染,应采取有效的措施防控新孢子虫病。
In order to understand the prevalence of neosporosis of equine animals in Yunnan province,969 serum samples of equine animals from 8 regions of Yunnan province were detected by ELISA.The results showed that the total positive rate of antibodies to Neospora in equine animals in Yunnan was 5.06%(49/969);the positive rates of antibodies to Neospora in horses,donkeys,and mules were 1.08%(3/279),7.25%(29/400),and 5.86%(17/290),respectively.The positive rates of antibodies to Neospora in different equine species were statistically different(P<0.01).The positive rates of Neospora antibody of equine animals in different regions were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant different in positive rate between breeding models(P>0.05).The results showed that Neospora infection is widespread in equine animals in some areas of Yunnan province,and effective measures should be taken to prevent and control the disease.
