摘要
近年来,私家汽车拥有量日益攀升,汽车行驶排出的尾气数量不断增加,不但与目前倡导的低碳生活方式相悖,而且会造成大量有害气体对大气和环境造成污染。因此要求各炼油化工企业应该加强催化汽油加氢工艺的广泛应用和技术革新。本文研究采用了文献研究法,通过对文献资料的查阅和研究,得出了科学的结论,为本文的分析和研究内容提供了坚实的基础。通过对我国炼油化工企业催化汽油生产现状的了解,分析了催化汽油加氢工艺的工艺优势及其主要内容,探讨了催化汽油加氢工艺的优化建议,希望对炼油化工企业的技术提升提供借鉴,从而减少汽车尾气带来的环境污染,助力我国低碳生态发展模式的建设和推广。
In recent years,the number of private cars is increasing,and the amount of exhaust gas emitted by cars is increasing,which not only contradicts the low-carbon lifestyle advocated at present,but also causes a large number of harmful gases to pollute the atmosphere and the environment.Therefore,oil refining and chemical enterprises are required to strengthen the wide application and technical innovation of catalytic gasoline hydrogenation process.This paper adopts the method of literature research.Through consulting and researching the literature,it draws a scientific conclusion,which provides a solid foundation for the analysis and research of this paper.Based on the understanding of the production status of catalytic gasoline in China's oil refining and chemical enterprises,the process advantages and main contents of catalytic gasoline hydrogenation process are analyzed,and the optimization suggestions of catalytic gasoline hydrogenation process are discussed.It is hoped to provide reference for the technical upgrading of oil refining and chemical enterprises,so as to reduce the environmental pollution caused by automobile exhaust and help the construction and promotion of low-carbon ecological development mode in China.
