摘要
目的:探讨家庭医生签约服务研究的主要内容、热点及前沿,为其高质量发展研究提供参考。方法:以2015—2021年中国知网的1345篇文献作为数据源,利用CiteSpace等软件进行文献计量及机构、作者、关键词共现、聚类、突现等可视化分析。结果:家庭医生签约服务相关研究文献发文量总体呈上升趋势,有较明显的阶段性特征;上海市、天津市、北京市等地区的部分机构和作者形成了较稳定的合作网络;社区卫生服务、高血压、全科医生、签约服务和家庭医生签约服务是研究的热点,政策执行、血糖和信息化是研究的前沿。结论:建议结合对前期政策执行情况的评估,重点从完善激励约束机制、加强全科医生培养、强化信息技术支撑等方面深入研究。
OBJECTIVE To explore the main contents,research hot spots and frontiers of the study on family doctor contracting services,and to provide reference for the development of research on the high-quality contracting services with family doctors.METHODS A total of 1345 documents on family doctor contracting services in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)during 2015 to 2021 were utilized as the data source,and statistical analyses were conducted using CiteSpace visualization software,in terms of trends in the publication of family doctor contracting services,institutional and author collaboration analysis,keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergent analysis.RESULTS The research literature regarding family doctor contracted services generally displayed an upward trend with a more obvious phase.Research institutions and authors had formed a certain network of cooperation in Shanghai,Tianjin and Beijing.The current research hot keywords were“Community health service,hypertension,general practitioner,contracting service,and family doctor contracting service”,with policy implementation,blood sugar,and information technology as the forefront of research.CONCLUSION It is recommended to combine the evaluation of the previous policy implementation,focus on improving the incentive and restraint mechanism,strengthen the training of general practitioners and reinforce information technology support.
