摘要 鉴于目前690 MPa级建筑结构用钢的焊接主要采用进口焊条,开展了J807GD焊条的国产化研究。通过在药皮中按比例添加不同种类的氟化物,优化熔渣流动性,并对药皮中某些带有结晶水的粉料进行预烘焙,降低焊缝中扩散氢含量,严格控制焊缝中Mn、Cr、Cu等元素的含量,优化熔敷金属的屈强比。结果表明,研制的J807GD焊条具有优良的平、立焊工艺性,屈强比≤0.92,在推荐参数下力学性能均满足技术条件要求,焊接工艺参数适用范围较宽,适用于690 MPa级建筑结构用钢的焊接,能够满足工程应用的技术要求。较好地解决了690 MPa级建筑结构用钢配套焊条熔敷金属高屈强比与冲击韧性之间平衡的问题,为690 MPa级建筑结构用钢配套焊条的国产化研究提供了理论依据。 In view of the fact that the welding of 690 MPa grade building structural steel mainly adopts imported electrodes,the localization of J807GD electrode has been studied.By adding different kinds of fluoride into the coating in proportion,the fluidity of the slag is optimized,and some powders with crystal water in the coating are pre baked to reduce the diffusible hydrogen content in the weld,strictly control the content of Mn,Cr,Cu and other elements in the weld,and optimize the yield ratio of the deposited metal.The results show that the developed J807GD electrode has excellent horizontal and vertical welding processability,the yield ratio≤0.92,and the mechanical properties meet the technical requirements under the recommended parameters.The welding parameters are applicable to a wide range,which are suitable for the welding of 690 MPa grade building structural steel,and can meet the technical requirements of engineering applications.This study solves the problem of the balance between the high yield ratio and impact toughness of deposited metal of supporting electrodes for 690 MPa grade building structural steel,and provides a theoretical basis for the research on the localization of supporting electrodes for 690 MPa grade building structural steel.
