摘要
为研究充填料浆质量分数(A)、砂灰比(B)和机制砂占比(C)对复合骨料充填料浆流变特性的影响规律和优化充填料浆配比参数,采用响应面法(RSM)设计试验开展屈服应力和扩散度等测试。结果表明:对于充填料浆的屈服应力,各影响因素的显著性为A>C>B>AC>C 2>BC>A 2,对于充填料浆的扩散度,各影响因素的显著性为A>C>A 2>C 2>AC,砂灰比对扩散度影响不显著;屈服应力随充填料浆质量分数的增加呈上升趋势,且质量分数越大,屈服应力上升速率越快,屈服应力随机制砂占比的增加呈下降趋势,且机制砂占比越高,屈服应力下降速度越快;扩散度随充填料浆质量分数的增加呈下降趋势,且质量分数越大,其下降速率越快,扩散度随着机制砂占比的增加呈增大的趋势,但当质量分数较大时,机制砂占比对扩散度的影响逐渐减弱;设定充填料浆的屈服应力为100~120 Pa,扩散度为8~12 cm,得到机制砂占比为10%、20%和30%时充填料浆质量分数范围分别为73.49%~76.14%、74.21%~75.86%和74.50%~77.14%。
In order to study the effect of mass fraction of filling slurry(A),sand-cement ratio(B)and the proportion of manufactured sand(C)on the rheological properties of composite aggregate filling slurry and optimize the ratio of filling slurry in combination with mine conditions,experiments were designed using the response surface methodology to test the yield stress and spread of the filling slurry.The results show that the significance of each influencing factor for the yield stress is A>C>B>AC>C 2>BC>A 2,that for the spread,the significance of each influencing factor is A>C>A 2>C 2>AC,and that the sand-cement ratio has no significant effect on the spread.The yield stress increases with the increase of the mass fraction of the filling slurry,and the larger the mass fraction is,the faster the yield stress rises.The yield stress decreases with the increase of the content of manufactured sand,and the higher the content of manufactured sand is,the faster the yield stress decreases.The spread decreases with the increase of the mass fraction of the filling slurry,and the greater the mass fraction is,the faster the spread decreases.The spread increases with the increase of the content of manufactured sand,but when the mass fraction is large,the effect of the content of manufactured sand on the spread is gradually weakened.If the yield stress of the filling slurry is set to be 100-120 Pa and the spread is 8-12 cm,the mass fractions of filling slurry are 73.49%-76.14%,74.21%-75.86%and 74.50%-77.14%,respectively,at the manufactured sand addition amount of 10%,20%and 30%.
